The same floor is equipped with an accessible toilet, restrooms, and baby changing facilities. Wheelchairs are available for loan at the information counters on B2F and 1F of the Main Building, B2F of the South Building, and 1F of the North Building (one wheelchair is also available in the museum). Strollers are also available for loan, with 13 units available at the information counters throughout the complex. A nursing room is located on the 5th floor of the Main Building. Reading assistance is available; however, staff do not provide reading of artworks or guided explanations inside exhibition galleries.
