Access Logs

Acquisition of Access Logs

This Site obtains access logs for all users, which include the access source IP address, request contents, time of use, and response results.
These access logs are obtained for system maintenance and operational improvement. Their use is restricted to the City Health and Welfare Bureau.
However, statistical figures (such as number of accesses per content) are prepared and used as data for the Bureau's internal administrative use.

Disclosure of Access Logs

In principle, access logs are not disclosed to the public because their information is considered confidential or important for security. The only exception to this policy is that access logs may be provided to investigative agencies in the event of unauthorized access or other damage to the Bureau.

Requests for Confirmation from Specific Individuals or Groups

The City Health and Welfare Bureau will not respond to requests from specific individuals or organizations inquiring about access status.
Please understand that this is because access logs are placed in the system as information that is confidential or important for security purposes, and IP addresses recorded in access logs cannot necessarily be guaranteed to be those of specific individuals or organizations.

How to Search by Subject Buttons

Click on the Search by Subject button to search for the following facilities.

The "Walking Difficulty" Button

This button displays facilities with no steps at their entrances and exits.

The "Wheelchair Accessible" Button

Facilities that meet all of the following conditions will be displayed. However, among Conditions 3 and 4, as well as Conditions 5 and 6, only one of them needs to be met.
In addition, Conditions 7 through 15 are limited to accommodations.

  • Condition 1: There are steps at facility entrances and exits.
  • Condition 2: The minimum width of the entrance or exit of the facility is 90 cm or more.
  • Condition 3: Accessible toilet are wheelchair accessible.
  • Condition 4: General toilets are wheelchair accessible.
  • Condition 5: There is no difficulty in moving without an elevator.
  • Condition 6: The elevator is wheelchair accessible.

The following conditions are limited to accommodations.

  • Condition 7: In barrier-free rooms, there are no steps at entrances and exits.
  • Condition 8: In barrier-free rooms, the minimum width of the doorways must be 80 cm.
  • Condition 9: In barrier-free rooms, there is space for a wheelchair to turn around.
  • Condition 10: There are no steps at the entrance to the bathroom in a barrier-free room.
  • Condition 11: In the bathroom of a barrier-free room, the minimum width of the doorway is 80 cm.
  • Condition 12: In the bathroom of barrier-free room, there is space for a wheelchair to turn around.
  • Condition 13: In the bathroom of a barrier-free room, there is a transfer platform and space by the bathtub.
  • Condition 14: There are no steps at the entrance to the toilet in a barrier-free room.
  • Condition 15: The minimum width of the doorway to a toilet in a barrier-free room is at least 80 cm.

The "Visually Impaired" Button

This button shows facilities that meet one of the following conditions.

  • Condition 1: Reading assistance is available.
  • Condition 2: Guidance such as employees leading visually impaired persons is provided.
  • Condition 3: Braille blocks lead continuously from the entrance to the information desk.
  • Condition 4: A Braille version of the facility information pamphlet is provided for distribution.
  • Condition 5: An enlarged print version of the facility information pamphlet is provided for distribution.
  • Condition 6: A tactile guide map is provided to guide visitors through the facility.

The "Hearing Impaired" Button

This button displays facilities that provide written communications and other services.

The "Intellectually, Mentally, and Developmentally Disabled" Button

This button displays facilities with a room or space to calm down.

The Button for "Those with Infants and Toddlers"

Facilities that meet the following conditions are displayed here. Condition 1 is required. Among Conditions 2, 3 and 4, one of them is required.

  • Condition 1: A nursing room is available.
  • Condition 2: Infant chairs are available in the accessible toilet.
  • Condition 3: Strollers are allowed in the general restrooms.
  • Condition 4: Infant chairs are available in the general restrooms.

The Button for "Those with a Colostomy or Artificial Bladder (Ostomates)"

This button displays facilities equipped for ostomates in barrier-free or general restrooms.

The Button for "Those with Severe Physical and Mental Disabilities"

This button indicates facilities that meet the conditions of the "Wheelchair Accessible" button and have large beds in accessible toilet.
